MBC Connect is an interactive patient experience registry tailored for individuals with stage IV or metastatic breast cancer (MBC) or advanced breast cancer. This platform allows patients and caregivers to input essential health and medical information, contributing to a comprehensive database aimed at facilitating advancements in MBC research. Participants will also benefit from valuable feedback and insights related to MBC.

The platform boasts several user-friendly features, including:

• Participation in brief surveys designed to gather information about personal backgrounds, patient histories with MBC, quality of life, and other critical factors that can enhance researchers' understanding of the disease. These surveys can be completed at the participant’s convenience, with an option to save progress and return later.
• The ability to create a detailed treatment profile that tracks information regarding the patient’s treatments over time. This data not only aids researchers but can also serve as a resource for discussions with healthcare providers.
• Access to regular insights encompassing news and events related to MBC, as well as potential clinical trial opportunities for patients.

The MBC Connect application prioritizes the security and confidentiality of health information, employing robust encryption technology and adhering to HIPAA regulations. All personally identifiable information is stripped from shared data to ensure the protection of both patient and caregiver identities.

Participants have the option to opt-out of specific communications by navigating to the “opting out” tab in their MBC Connect profile.
